Condenser Coils

Condenser Coils

Features & Applications

A condenser coil is a heat exchanger equipment in the refrigeration cycle, where the refrigerant undergoes condensation and changes from vapor phase to liquid phase. This coil plays a critical role in maintaining the thermodynamic balance of the system and ensuring the continuity of the cycle.

The operating principle is briefly as follows:
• The refrigerant leaves the compressor in vapor phase at high pressure and high temperature
• It enters the condenser coil and transfers heat to the surroundings, and is converted into liquid phase in a controlled manner
• The refrigerant in liquid phase is then sent to the expansion valve, which is the next stage of the cycle

With high heat transfer efficiency, compact design, and long-lasting structure, condenser coils are widely used in both commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
