PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION NOTICE

Information Notice – Under Law No. 6698

This information notice has been prepared by Glorefen Soğutma “the Company”, acting as the data controller, to inform you under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 “KVKK”about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for data collection, and your rights under the scope of KVKK.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected by Glorefen is processed in a limited and proportionate manner for the following purposes:

• Responding to your service requests,
• Managing your quotation and project requests,
• Ensuring and improving customer satisfaction,
• Fulfilling legal obligations,
• Conducting communication activities,

Carrying out marketing, promotion, and informational processes.

The following personal data belonging to you may be processed:

• Company information (if applicable)

• Communication and form message content

• Relevant public institutions within the scope of legal obligations,

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through contact and quotation forms you complete on Glorefen’s website, emails you send, online support platforms, and cookies.

It is processed based on the following legal grounds under KVKK:

• Explicit consent (Article 5/1),

• Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (Article 5/2-c),

• Legitimate interests of the data controller (Article 5/2-f),

• Fulfilment of legal obligations (Article 5/2-ç).

5. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to Glorefen, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• Request information if your personal data has been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

• Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,

• Request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Glorefen will process your requests as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days, free of charge.
