The Friterm blast evaporator series is specifically designed for high-capacity industrial cooling applications, ensuring reliable operation even under demanding outdoor conditions.

The series includes fan diameters of Ø630, Ø710, Ø800, Ø910, and Ø1000 mm, engineered to deliver high efficiency, durability, and long-term performance.

- Number of fans: 2, 3, or 4 depending on model
- Capacity range: 6 to 125 kW
- All models are designed for vertical airflow configuration

Coil Features

Staggered tube layout
Stainless steel or internally grooved copper tube options
Fin materials: aluminum, copper, epoxy-coated aluminum, hydrophilic aluminum, and magnesium-alloy aluminum
Standard fin pitch: 12 mm
Coil circuiting optimized for refrigerants such as R404A, R410A, R507A, R508A, R508B, R448A, and R449A
Headers and connections manufactured from stainless steel or copper
Standard test pressure: 34 bar (PED 2014/68/EU compliant)

Casing

Self-supporting structure; no additional mounting frame required
Galvanized steel casing with epoxy-polyester electrostatic powder coating (RAL 9016)
Provides excellent UV resistance and corrosion protection
Fan compartments are separated by sheet metal partitions to prevent reverse rotation of idle fans

Motors equipped with integrated thermistor protection
Operating temperature range: -40°C up to +50°C / +65°C / +70°C
Aerodynamically optimized fan blades for maximum airflow
Protective fan guards as standard
Motor protection class: IP54; insulation class: F
Outdoor-type safety switches (IP66) provided for each fan
